Crafting Interactive experiences, through experience design and analytical thinking.
Proud Malabari.

I'm a proud Malabari, a Malayalee by mother tongue, British by graduation, Mediterranean by taste and Indian by heart.

Growing up in Kerala taught me the value of humility, relationships and community, values that continue to guide both my personal life and my work. I'm fortunate to share life with wonderful parents, a supportive partner, an amazing daughter and friends who constantly remind me to stay grounded. While my career has taken me across countries, industries and global brands, my roots have always kept me connected to what matters most: kindness, integrity and staying curious.

Handpicked Interests.

Curiosity has always been my favourite travel companion.

Over the years, I've been fortunate to explore more than 50 countries, not simply to collect destinations, but to understand cultures, meet people and experience different ways of life. Some of the most valuable lessons I've learnt haven't come from boardrooms, but from conversations with strangers, quiet cafés, winding roads and places that never make it into travel guides.

Away from work, I enjoy photography, music, motorcycles, watches and good design. Whether it's admiring thoughtful architecture, discovering a beautifully crafted timepiece or taking the road trip, I'm drawn to experiences where craftsmanship, simplicity and attention to detail come together.

Designer at Heart

I began my career as a designer, and in many ways, I still think like one.

Today, I lead the Interactive function within Apple's Marketing Communications organisation in India, bringing together strategy, design, technology and data to create experiences that are useful, intuitive and human. Before Apple, I had the opportunity to work with organisations including Amazon, Publicis Sapient and Ogilvy, each of which broadened my perspective on creativity, leadership and solving complex business challenges.

What continues to inspire me isn't simply building campaigns or digital products. It's understanding people, bringing talented teams together and creating experiences that make technology feel effortless. I believe the best marketing doesn't shout for attention; it earns trust through empathy, consistency and thoughtful execution.

For me, every project is another opportunity to learn, every journey is another story waiting to be told, and every experience, whether personal or professional, shapes the way I think about design, leadership and the world around me.

Professional endeavours

Head of Interactive - Apple
2017 - Present

At Apple, I lead the Interactive function within the Marketing Communications organisation in India, working at the intersection of brand, design and technology. Together with a talented cross-functional team, I help shape how customers experience Apple across its digital ecosystem, from product launches and integrated marketing campaigns to always-on platforms and services. My focus is on creating experiences that are simple, intuitive and consistent with the values of the brand, while balancing creative excellence with thoughtful execution and measurable outcomes.

Sr. Manager, Creative Services - Amazon
2014 - 2017

At Amazon India, I had the opportunity to help shape the launch of multiple products, categories and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to create customer experiences that were insight-led, scalable and measurable. Alongside driving creative strategy for key marketing initiatives, I established and grew the in-house creative function, building a team and agency partnerships that enabled the organisation to deliver high-quality creative work at speed while supporting the needs of multiple business teams. The experience reinforced my appreciation for customer obsession, operational excellence and the power of combining creativity with data to solve complex business challenges.

Interactive Program Manager - Sapient
2012 - 2014

My time at Publicis Sapient broadened the way I thought about experience design and digital transformation. Working with clients across Europe and India, I led multidisciplinary projects from strategy through execution, partnering with global teams to deliver solutions that balanced customer needs with business objectives. It was here that I developed a deeper appreciation for human-centred design, collaborative problem-solving and the value of bringing together strategy, creativity and technology to solve complex challenges.

Digital Lead - Ogilvy & Mather
2011 - 2012

My time at Ogilvy was where my passion for digital experiences truly took shape. Leading the digital team, I worked across a diverse portfolio of brands, creating websites, microsites and digital campaigns at a time when digital marketing was rapidly evolving. It was here that I learnt the importance of combining creativity with strategic thinking, designing experiences that not only looked good but also supported business objectives and connected meaningfully with customers.

And a handful of other organisations, working for some of the best brands around the world.
2005 - 2011

The early years of my career gave me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of agencies, clients and industries, contributing to digital experiences and integrated campaigns for brands including IBM, Unilever, Diesel, Lenovo, Harley-Davidson, McLaren, Sky, RBS, NatWest and many others. Working across different markets and creative environments taught me to adapt quickly, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and appreciate the importance of understanding both business objectives and customer needs. Looking back, these experiences laid the foundation for the way I approach design, marketing and leadership today.
